Mandralisca Museum: Cefalù between art and culture

The Mandralisca Museum, Cefalù’s only museum, is located a stone’s throw from the cathedral, exhibiting various works by artists such as Antonello da Messina or the Flemish school, as well as Greek archaeological finds including vases, sarcophagi and mosaics. It also exhibits the numismatic collection, consisting of coins from the most important ancient mints in Sicily and nearby Lipari, with Greek, Roman and Sicel coins, and is considered the second most complete in the world. There is also a section dedicated to the town library.
